• Shopping - help the bride source for wedding favours, décor items and the like.
  
• Recommendations - ask around for recommendations with regards to service providers and compile a list of contact details.
  
• Coordination - assist in coordinating, such as with the caterer, florist, entertainers, for instance.
  
• Seating - help in drawing up seating plans for the banquet.
