When contemplating on which type of suit to select, the aim really, is to complement the bride’s wedding gown. A dark suit for the day, normally in black or dark grey is a lasting favourite of Malaysian men. Paired with a crisp shirt either in white or ivory to complement the bride, as well as a coloured tie, the look is both classic and gentlemanly. Those who are fashion savvy and who have the flair and verve even go as far as dressing in white. It makes a bold statement but not everyone can carry-off such a look.

Of course the piece de resistance in every man’s wardrobe would have to be the tuxedo. Suave, debonair and sophisticated – that’s a man in a tux. A pleated tuxedo shirt, a satin bow-tie and cufflinks add to the formality of this look.

Tip : Quality fabrics wear better.
