The ROM is very much a significant part of a couple’s wedding plans. It is when they are legally married. For the most part, brides have been purchasing dresses off-the-rack from boutiques and department stores for the ROM. However, the more discerning have now taken to ordering custom-designed outfits to mark this special occasion. To stretch the investment in a made-to-measure dress, some of these brides make it a point to wear the dress again either during pre-wedding photoshoots or during cocktail hour preceding the wedding banquet.
