To complete the ‘look’ for a bride, appropriate and complementary accessories are necessary. Choosing the right necklace, ear rings, bracelets and the like to match the wedding or evening gown, the hair and makeup, is extremely important.

Those with deeper pockets often opt to purchase but it doesn’t mean that those on a tighter budget cannot look just as complete. There are options to rent accessories nowadays and there are price points that cater to varying budgets.

• Try on the accessories with your wedding attire during fittings if possible.
  
• Ask your makeup artist and hair stylist for suggestions.
  
• Discuss budgets with the service provider and seek his or her opinion on how to stretch your dollar.
  
• Sometimes less is more.
  
• Showcase different styles when appearing in your wedding and evening gowns.
