Nuptials in a Scenic Setting

Mar 01, 2019

Taking the step to becoming man and wife by exchanging vows and celebrating with family and friends at a resort set within a scenic locale has long been the aspiration of many soon-to-be-weds. Although a number of issues need to be considered for such a destination wedding, such as the opinions of parents, the size of intended guest list, logistics and costs of travel and accommodation, those fortunate enough to have done so, often tell of the wonderful experience and memories of this milestone in their lives.

Some words of advice when planning for such a destination wedding :

  • Choose a resort that offers some level of privacy and seclusion, yet is easily accessible.
  • A sea-front property with a long stretch of beautiful sand makes a perfect choice for couples intending to tie-the-knot by the sea.
  • Study seasonal weather conditions and select a time of year where weather is typically good for outdoor weddings.
  • Set a reasonable budget and thereafter negotiate with the resort on how to make the wedding happen.
