Recommended Attire

For many bridesmaids and groomsmen, although they too would like to look good, comfort is a very important criteria when contemplating what to wear on the wedding day. Often, the bride and groom would have already set the theme, be it in terms of colour or style, and may then leave it to their bridesmaids and groomsmen to source their own outfits. On the other hand, couples who prefer to have a bit more say in what their bridal party wears may decide to collaborate with a designer to come up with custom designs. Here are some images as a catalyst to trigger that creative spark.

Other considerations :

  • How hot and humid it might get during the day.
  • Formality of the wedding ceremony and if there is a theme to dress to.
  • Budget.
  • Who pays? Be sure to ascertain this once you have accepted the invite to be a bridesmaid or groomsman.
