The planning process :

  • Do a site inspection of the venue, both for the wedding ceremony as well as the banquet to follow.
  • If an outdoor ceremony is what you aspire to have, be sure to have a back up plan in place in case of fog or rain.
  • Look into the size of your guest list and compare that with the capacity of the hotel’s ballroom.
  • Work out logistics of transportation for your family, relatives and guests.
  • Request for preferential room rates for those who wish to stay on after the wedding celebrations.

A memorable wedding for sure :

  • A unique venue with cool temperature.
  • Opportunity to dress to the nines or dress according to wedding theme, and yet still feel comfortable.
  • A little getaway as part of the wedding celebrations.
  • Relatively easy and quick to get to from either KL or PJ.
