Cut From The Same Cloth

Sep 26, 2017

When hiring wedding professionals to be part of your wedding team, it is important that they collaborate well. With various personalities and stylistic variations, a team that works well together will ensure that your wedding runs smoothly. Indeed, the goal is to have vendors that are somewhat cut from the same cloth so to speak, professionals that have the same level of commitment and artistry, with the common goal of creating a memorable wedding for the soon-to-be-weds that fulfills the aspirations they have long desired.

Some suggestions to contemplate :

  • Hire a wedding planner who will be the 'lead'.
  • So much the better if the vendors you have selected have worked on other weddings together before.
  • Establish communication links between all parties involved and ensure dissemination of information, proposals and decisions are thorough.

Issues to address :

  • The overall budget you have set aside and how the budget is to be allocated among all participating vendors.
  • Job scope of each vendor and how they will all tie-in to reflect the concept.
  • Adhering to the policies that have been set by your chosen venue in terms of set-up and tear down.
