Musical Notes

Nowadays, entertainment options for weddings run the gamut from solo instrumentalists to larger-sized singing groups. Depending on who you sign-up, budgets and musical quality vary from one group to another.

To ensure that your guests enjoy the effort put in to entertaining them, do keep the following in mind :

  • Audition the group before making any firm booking.

  • Price should not be the only determining factor.

  • Quality is more important than quantity i.e. shorter and fewer quality sets definitely outweigh long, drawn-out sets of mediocre quality.

  • Select songs that would suit the tastes of your guests i.e. will the crowd be sedate, jovial, game etc.

  • Are there any premise restrictions, especially for banquets held at home or in the vicinity of residential areas.
