South Australia - Journey For Two

Many couples are now venturing on their own when it comes to their honeymoon. Rather than having to stick to a rigid schedule that is part and parcel of a tour-group type holiday, these urban, cosmopolitan trendsetters instead opt to plan their own itinerary, adopting a 'play by ear' attitude and taking a leisurely pace. To them, spending romantic moments together while exploring the wonders of nature, sharing the exhilaration of adventurous activities, sampling the gastronomic delights in beautiful surroundings, are far more important than trying to 'squeeze in' as much sightseeing and shopping as possible within a regulated travel itinerary.

Just about 7 hours by flight from Kuala Lumpur is Adelaide, the gateway to South Australia. Cosmopolitan in a picturesque setting best describes the charm of this capital city. Once in Adelaide, partake in its many festivals and events, and enjoy the culinary fare that it is renowned for. More importantly, make it a point to drive along its magnificent coastline that offers breathtaking coastal views, surf at one of its many spectacular beaches, visit the heartland of Australian wine, experience life in the Outback, relax on a houseboat, see wildlife up close and take pleasure in meeting the friendly locals.
