Many couples complain of the chore of having to go through a pre-wedding shoot. This is especially so, when the shoots are day-long affairs at bridal studios, some lasting as long as 8 hours. However, not all portrait shoots are tedious and wearisome. In fact, a growing number of specialist, independently-owned photography service providers now offer shoots of shorter duration, without the necessity of various outfit changes even.

Couples are increasingly opting for these more compact packages largely because :

  • It is less tiring.

  • How long can one smile for really?

  • Many feel that two great gowns will do, e.g. one bridal and the other evening, rather than having to navigate numerous 'costume' changes.

  • It can be more cost effective, particularly for those who are budget-conscious.

Tip : When signing-up for pre-wedding shoots, always look at the fine print in terms of what the package includes.
