- “WEDDINGSMALAYSIA PRIVILEGE PROGRAMME”
(“WMPP”) is a membership privilege
programme dedicated to couples who use
weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd’s
media portfolio which includes its publications
and web portal. Members of WMPP (“WMPP
Members”) are issued a WEDDINGSMALAYSIA
PRIVILEGE CARD (“WMPC”) which
entitles couples intending to get married
to, inter-alia, complimentary wedding-related
services or products and discounts offered
by participating product or service
providers (“WMPP Community”),
subject to payment of a membership fee.
The use of the WMPC is subject to the
terms and conditions herein (hereinafter
referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
- The WMPC is not a credit card or charge
card and is not exchangeable for cash
and is only open to residents of Malaysia
who are eighteen (18) years old and
above.
- The WMPC is the property of weddingsmalaysia.com
Sdn Bhd (“weddingsmalaysia.com”)
of Suite 186, MBE Desa Sri Hartamas,
30 Jalan 25/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas,
50480 Kuala Lumpur. It should be returned
to the same address if found or upon
request.
- A fee of Ringgit Malaysia Eighty
(RM80.00) only is payable upon submission
of application and membership is valid
for a period of one (1) year from the
date of registration “Membership
Period”.
- For members who register online via
weddingsmalaysia.com, payment is to
be made via cheque issued in the name
of ‘weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd’
and is to be sent to Suite 186, MBE
Desa Sri Hartamas, 30 Jalan 25/70A,
Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
- The WMPC will only be processed upon
receipt of payment and clearance of
funds (ie if a cheque, the cheque must
be cleared).
- The issuance of the WMPC is an acknowledgement
by us that you are a valid member and
you are bound by all terms, conditions
and rules regulating the use and benefits
offered under the membership.
- The annual membership fee paid is
not refundable.
- The WMPC is not transferable and
is for the exclusive use of the two
members, being the couple intending
to be married (“WMPP Members”)
whose names are printed on the card
according to MyKad. The WMPP Community
shall have the right to verify the identity
of WMPP members.
- If a WMPC is stolen, lost or damaged,
a fee of RM50 will be charged for a
replacement card and the validity of
the replacement card shall be until
the expiry of the original Membership
Period.
- The current WMPP Community consisting
of service providers and suppliers,
their respective addresses, contact
numbers, discounts and promotions offered
as well as other relevant information
are listed in www.weddingsmalaysia.com.
The discounts and promotions offered
may change from time to time and WMPP
members are advised to verify the validity
and availability of the discounts and
promotions offered by the WMPP Community.
- WMPP Members must produce the WMPC
to any of the WMPP Community to qualify
and enjoy relevant discounts and/or
promotions. The WMPP Community may at
their own discretion not grant any discount
on “on sale” items or “promotional”
items
- All services and goods provided by
the WMPP Community are provided by the
WMPP Community on an “as is”
basis and “as available” basis
and weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd makes
no express or implied representations
or warranties in relation to the services
or goods including but not limited to
the satisfactory, fitness for purpose,
merchantability, safety, legality, title
and non-infringement. To the full extent
permitted by law, weddingsmalaysia.com
Sdn Bhd disclaims any and all such warranties.
- In no event shall weddingsmalaysia.com
Sdn Bhd, their respective agents, representatives
or business partners be liable to any
WMPP Member or any third party authorized
by or claiming through a WMPP Member
whether in contract or tort for any
loss or damage, direct or indirect,
special or consequential or of any nature
suffered by any WMPP Member resulting
from the use or inability to use any
of the privileges attached to WMPP,
including without limitation:-
a. any injury or death;
b. any failure by the participating
business partner to meet the terms and
conditions on which it has been
agreed to provide
a privilege/discount/service/goods;
c. the suspension or termination of
the WMPP Programme.
- weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd reserves
the right to review and change the membership
benefits and privileges and the right
to decline the issuance, terminate or
withdraw any WMPC without notice and
for any reason.
- At its absolute discretion, weddingsmalaysia.com
Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend
or terminate the WMPP programme at anytime
and in such event shall in no way be
liable for any loss or damage suffered
or alleged to be suffered by any WMPP
Member, howsoever resulting or caused.
- weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd reserves
the right to, at its absolute discretion,
add or vary these terms and conditions
at any time, without prior notice, by
mailing these changes to WMPP Members
or by posting the changes on www.weddingsmalaysia.com
website. The WMPP Member’s continuing
use of his/her membership card following
communication of any changes aforesaid
constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- It is the responsibility of the WMPP
Member to keep their membership address,
email address and all other personal
information up to date.
- By receiving the WMPC, the WMPP Member
is deemed to have accepted without limitation
or qualification all of these terms
and conditions which will take effect
on the date which the WMPP member receives
the WMPC.
- weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd reserves
the right, without prior consent of
the WMPP member to assign, or novate
weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd’s
rights and/or liablilities under these
terms and conditions to any other person
or entity.
- Failure to abide by the Terms and
Conditions herein or abuse of the WMPC
may result in the termination of the
WMPP Member’s membership where
all benefits and privileges shall cease
to be applicable in respect thereof.
- All intellectual property subsisting
in the WMPP, the WMPC and all logos
and trademarks (where applicable) belong
absolutely to weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn
Bhd.
- WMPP card must be presented
to service providers before making any
booking or paying any deposit in order
to qualify for the discounts and/or
promotions.
