An Ideal Venue For Your Big Day

Mar 01, 2020

How does this sound? An exchange of vows ceremony in a sunlit atrium, with the comforts of air-conditioning. Follow this with a celebratory banquet in a sumptuous ballroom. An ideal wedding plan indeed, and a celebration that certainly reflects this milestone in your lives and one that will be a memorable experience for your family and invited guests as well.

When conceptualising your wedding plan, determine the following :

  • The capacity of the venue for the ceremony as well as the banquet, in relation to the number of people expected at the respective events. Typically, the guest list would be smaller for the former, consisting family, relatives and close friends.
  • Will you be serving canapes and cocktails in between the vows and the banquet while waiting for the rest of the guests to arrive? How much will this cost and will your budget allow for it?
  • The components of the wedding packages being offered and their respective price points.

Some suggestions :

  • If the venue is unique in nature and one-of-a-kind, be sure to book it early.
  • Brief your photographer and cinematographer on the vantage points and lighting of the chosen locations.
